Roding Valley 157 / 270

The station opened on 3 February 1936. It was named after the nearby River Roding, over which the track runs towards Chigwell by way of an impressive viaduct.

With around 210,000 passengers a year, Roding Valley is the least-used station on the entire Underground network.
