Blackfriars 99 / 270

Blackfriars station straddles both sides of the river, occupying the Blackfriars Railway Bridge. Since December 2011, and the reconstruction of the southern station, there have also been entrances on both sides of the river.

Over 4,400 solar panels are to be installed across the length of the Blackfriars Railway Bridge, which will produce an estimated 900,000kwh of electricity every year.

A short distance away is Tate Modern, an ex power station converted into a modern-art museum, visited by millions of Londoners and tourists each year.
