The longest continuous tunnel is on the Northern line and runs from East Finchley to Morden (via Bank), which is a total of 17.3 miles.
Morden is home to the Bait’fil Futuh Mosque built by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community; the largest Mosque in Western Europe, it can hold up to 10,000 worshippers.
Morden Hall Park was donated to the National Trust by Gilliat Edward Hatfield, stating that ‘a fee shall not be charged so that my Morden estate shall be open to the public’. Located on the banks of the River Wandle, it covers 125 acres of parkland and contains over 2,000 roses.
