Rut Blees Luxemburg (Born 1967) is represented by Union gallery, London www.union-gallery.com. Her photographs are well known. Towering Inferno, depicting a lit-up council block, was used as the cover art for The Streets’ debut album Original Pirate Material. She also contributed A Modern Project for use on the cover of Bloc Party’s second album, A Weekend in the City.
