In this section you will find a downloadable PDF detailing all the early Platform for Art projects.
The projects included in this document were all presented as part of the first years of the Platform for Art programme. The majority of these projects used existing works by artists who requested the opportunity to show their work on the Underground. This process changed from 2003. Since this early and useful period of growth for the programme, artists have been selected through a careful research and development process and are now usually invited to make a new work in response to the context of the Tube.
Note Platform for Art changed its name to Art on the Underground in 2007.
