Community Projects

PfA Creative Communities programme presents The Children’s Magic Mural, featured in the Borough High Street exit of London Bridge station. The original textile piece was created by the Fashion and Textile Museum with children from seven local Southwark schools – Grange Primary School, Tower Bridge Primary School, Geoffrey Chaucer Primary School, Snowfields Primary School, St. Saviour’s School, St. Olave’s School and Waverley Girls School.

The Children’s Magic Mural is a product of the museum’s developing community outreach programme and is a celebration of each student depicted in the mural. The artwork will be in situ at London Bridge until October 2005.
