This week’s recording is the general chatter and loud calling of a group of about two hundred Greylag Geese. They were roosting on a large pool of water beside a sea wall. The whistles of Mallard drakes can also be heard. The recording was made at four in the afternoon on the twenty fifth of August 1991 in Norfolk, England. The weather was warm, sunny and calm.
