Michael Landy – Acts of Kindness

Interview with Michael Landy, by Jared Schiller, exploring Landy’s Art on the Underground project Acts of Kindness.

Michael Landy’s project Acts of Kindness is a celebration of compassion and generosity on the Tube, inviting us to notice acts of kindness however simple and small. For the project, Landy invited customers to submit their stories, which are published online. Many of the stories have been installed as artworks by Landy on the Central line, in both stations and trains. In this interview, Landy provides insight into the Acts of Kindness project.
