Ugo Rondinone (born in Switzerland) spent his early career working with performance artist Hermann Nitsch and his Orgies Mystery Theatre. His solo exhibitions include the Centre Pompidou, Paris (2003); Kunstverein Stuttgart and Kunsthalle Vienna (2002) and PS1, New York (2000). He currently lives in Zuridi, Switzerland, and New York.
