Paul Catherall

Paul Catherall (born in UK, 1967) is a London-based printmaker and illustrator who has been working for over 10 years in advertising, design and publishing. From the late 1990s he has worked predominantly in linocuts; producing beautifully reconstructed urban landscapes and architectural prints. The subjects of his prints include controversial London buildings; Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, the National Theatre and celebrated landmarks, such as Tate Modern, Battersea Power Station and New York’s flatiron. His work has featured on posters and book covers for British Airways, Marks & Spencer, Bloomsbury and Harper Collins.
